George and Veronica Phalen Leadership Academy (GVPLA) sits in the heart of Indianapolis. With a strong STEM curriculum, motivated students and staff, this charter school is committed to high academic expectations. Since 2016 Vimme Learning’s part in this strong relationship is to provide a rigorous Math curriculum to GVPLA.
George H. Fisher Elementary, PLA #93 has the distinction of being the only “A” School on the Eastside of Indianapolis” in 2017. The first innovation school established by IPS, this school has set a high bar for accomplishments.. In 2017 this innovation school was the top growth (83%) ISTEP Math performer among all Indianapolis Public Schools, including magnet schools. Vimme Learning and School 93 have been partners since 2014 .
In 2015 Trinity Lutheran School, a parochial school serving students in grades K -8th grade, had concerns. They experienced 25% fewer of their students passed Math on ISTEP in 2015 than 2014. They were looking for answers. After Trinity Lutheran implemented Vimme Learning, the number of students passing ISTEP Math has increased 24%; growth on average has increased by 30%. We recently launched for the 2018-19 school year Vimme Learning at Selma Elementary, a rural school 6 miles East of Muncie, Indiana. Making the leap to a new Math curriculum or e-learning can be daunting. We get it. As a result, we did a soft launch at Selma Elementary, only grades 1st -3rd. A few weeks in, the fourth grade team decided to jump in.

Monroe Central Elementary had decided that they would switch to e-learning for the 2017-18 school year. The staff at Monroe Central interviewed countless number of Math curriculum/software companies, before they selected Vimme Learning. The results are in! After one school year using Vimme Learning’s proven Math curriculum, Monroe Central now ranks 18th in Math out of 374 schools in Indiana.
